"STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE!"
At first, I thought all the negative feedback was just from whiny folks, but let me tell ya, they’re spot on. It’s just not realistic to be a 70-80% favorite going into big hands and then lose that much. It’s simple math, not rocket science! You keep putting your cash in when you’re a big favorite, and yet you keep losing. This place is definitely a scam. If you check out these reviews, you’ll notice the same pattern on this site. America’s Cardroom feels more like a bad slot machine than actual poker. Don’t be as foolish as I was. Take these reviews seriously and avoid putting any money here. Someone really ought to look into this site.

"Ending my account here was a smart move..."
Ending my account here was the smartest choice I’ve ever made. I’d suggest to anyone who’s skeptical about this site but still finds themselves logging in, just do yourself a solid and shoot them an email to close your account. It might be tough for a bit, but you’ll be super thankful as time passes. I honestly don’t know how I stuck around for so long. I’m never, ever going back to this place.

"Can't trust these scammy bad beats!"
I have zero faith in these scammy bad beats! The site clearly favors those with larger stacks. It's a total scam and feels rigged. If they don't fix the wild and unrealistic RNG, they're toast. Seriously, I can't wrap my head around how folks are still playing on this obviously cheating platform.

"Feels like a complete rip-off"
Honestly, it feels like a complete rip-off. I swear, I keep getting beat by those river cards. Sometimes I really question why I even bother playing here.

"I’m done with this site for good"
I’m officially finished with this site, and honestly, it’s a real shame I let myself get duped for so long. After 17 months of grinding, all I got was bad beats in every game, especially during the big tournaments. I thought maybe I was just having a rough patch, but nah, I’m out of excuses for this terrible site.
2023 Update: It feels like there’s a label on my account that says "don’t let this guy win"—I’m not joking! Since November 1, 2022, my luck has been absolutely awful. It’s so blatant now that this site is just a joke. The streamers promoting this nonsense should really be embarrassed. I started on BOL for New Year’s and managed to turn a profit in under 200 MTTs. Sure, it’s a small sample size, but I’ve played over 3300 MTTs on ACR, and the results just don’t match up. I’m seriously considering deleting my account; I can’t even cash in a lousy freeroll against players who don’t know the game. I’ve let these scammers stress me out for way too long—DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE!

"Odd happenings and way too many coincidences..."
I gotta say, this is just too weird. I’m not bringing anything new to the table, but I feel the need to share my thoughts. At first, I tried to convince myself that their card room wasn’t rigged, but after a bunch of unbelievable experiences, I’ve gotta conclude that it probably is. The number of suck outs on the river is just off the charts. It’s mathematically impossible! You don’t see this kind of stuff happening in live games, so why is it so frequent online? I lost over $2000 in tournament entries in just a week, and I can confidently say that nearly 90% of those were suck outs. What a coincidence, right? I know suck outs are part of the game; I get it. I play live too, but the frequency on ACR’s platform is just way too high. Something feels off. That’s it for me, I’m done with ACR. Uninstalled it. Best of luck to everyone.

"I spent $200 multiple times..."
I spent $200 multiple times (probably around $2000 total) and when I finally hit a win of $1000, I couldn't cash it out. They claimed my info wasn't entered right for the withdrawal. I sent them pictures of my ID and credit card several times, but they said it wasn't valid for some reason? This was the same card and ID I used to deposit, so it’s clear they had no problem taking my cash, just returning it. What a JOKE... I hope ACR goes out of business. Plus, they’re swamped with bots... 💯

"Seriously, what’s going on?"
Seriously, what’s going on? Like, wow. The last time I played, I also left a review. Not even kidding, just 10 minutes in and I got wrecked twice. All in j9s on ajx9 turn. River a. The very next hand, all in pre aq v 66 b aj. I hit an a, but then I lose to another river card. This time, it’s a flush. It never seems to end on this site. It’s always on the river. I’m always ahead when the cash goes in, but somehow I still lose. Nothing on a site run by a pro should be this consistent. This has absolutely nothing to do with skill level. The number of hands I lose in these situations is nowhere near believable. It’s getting way out of control. I’m closing my account. I just can’t handle it anymore.

"My payout check came back as 'unable to trace'..."
I got my payout check back marked 'unable to trace'. Being a banker, I can explain what that implies. It was a scam.

"Total Rip-off"
Hey, let me just say right off the bat that I get how poker can be with its ups and downs, coolers, and all that jazz. It’s part of the game, no doubt. But I recently signed up for ACR and dumped a good chunk of change into it. Well, to me, it was a lot. I went through that cash quicker than you can blink. I’m not claiming to be a pro or anything, but I just can’t wrap my head around why I was losing so quickly, one cooler after another, and those bad beats just kept coming. And don’t even get me started on those miracle cards on the river that just crushed me. I mean, I’ve seen it all—two pairs getting beaten by sets, sets losing to flushes, straights getting taken out by flushes, and bigger two pairs taking down my hands. It just goes on and on. I can’t keep playing on this site anymore, and I’m done putting more money into it. What really gets me is that on Bovada, I cashed out $600 after just a $25 deposit, and now I’m up $300 after another $25 deposit. Can someone explain how I can be nearly a grand up on one site but can’t catch a break on another? As a working-class guy, it really stings to lose like this.

"The card rigging is just too much..."
The way they rig the cards is downright hilarious, it's so obvious. Every time you get the second best hand, just know you're gonna face massive bets, and they always seem to hit on the turn or river. You can't even bet to make them fold their draws; they always manage to hit. Bluffing? Forget it, they make hero calls with the weakest pairs. This site is a total scam! Oh, and about their casino slots in the back, I gave it a shot and hit a bonus of 10 spins that doubled my bet! :D

"the most terrible site I've ever used"
this is the most terrible site I've ever used. I can't get my cash out because for some reason, it won't take my ID. The designs look like they were created by my 3-year-old blind kid—just total garbage.

"Slow Grading Cost Me My Wagers"
These sportsbooks are just awful. It took way too long to grade my winning bet, which made me miss out on another opportunity to place a winning wager right after. I ended up losing everything because I decided to bet on something else that didn’t pan out. They really should have graded my bet right after the match so I could've jumped on that other winning opportunity. If my winning bet had been processed sooner, I would’ve gone for the total goals over 1.5 in the Famalicao game and would’ve come out on top. Instead, I foolishly put my money on Lazio +2 against Juventus and lost. Seriously, steer clear of this sportsbook.

"Unfair site, constant bad beats"
I came back to this online poker site, and let’s be real, you can’t win all the time. But this place is just full of bad beats. It always seems to happen to me on the river, no matter what hands I have. Most of the time, it’s these strange calls on all-ins that just don’t add up. Like, I’ll have Pocket Kings, the flop shows K87, and then someone calls my all-in with Ace 6. Seriously, who calls Ace 6 on that flop? Then the turn is a 5 and the river is a 9. It feels like they know what’s coming every single time. I’ve even flopped quads twice! I had pocket 9s, the flop was Q99, and then I get called by pocket kings, and guess what? The turn is a king and the river is another king. And don’t even get me started on flushes; they always seem to hit runner-runner on me. It’s like this keeps happening, but I can never catch a flush or get a runner-runner like these so-called players. Honestly, I’m starting to think a lot of them are bots, and this site is just rigged to rake in tons of cash!

"Yikes, I thought other platforms were sketchy, but this one takes the cake for transparency!"
Anyone who checks out my profile will notice that I tend to dish out harsh (but totally warranted, in my view) critiques of online poker sites, but ACR? Man, just man. I've honestly never encountered a more questionable poker platform than this one.
It's kinda funny how I can sometimes guess what’s gonna go down on other sites because it feels like a pattern. But here? It's like clockwork; there's zero effort to disguise how rigged things are.
And good luck trying to withdraw your cash, if you’ve got any left, that is.
I really don’t get why I keep doing this to myself. After nearly two decades of playing poker, I still find myself coming back. It’s like being stuck in a toxic relationship!
